In fact, on Tuesday, the opposition created a ruckus on Tuesday to demand discussion on Bihar SIR in both the houses of Parliament. Due to this, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha could not run.

The opposition claims that Minta Devi is the first time voter of 124 years in the voter list of the Bihar Election Commission.
Opposition marched from Parliament to Election Commission
On Monday, 300 opposition MPs took out a march from Parliament to the Election Commission office on the allegations of voter verification and vote theft in the election. During this time, many opposition MPs including Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav were detained in the Lok Sabha.
After being detained, Rahul Gandhi had said- this is a fight to save the constitution. This is a person-one vote fight, so we need a clean voter list. At the same time, Priyanka Gandhi said that this government is scared and coward.
During March, Akhilesh tried to move forward by trapping barricading. When the MPs were not allowed to go forward, they sat on the ground. Many MPs including Priyanka, Dimple were seen shouting slogans of ‘Vote Chor Gaddi Chhudi’. During the demonstration, TMC MP Mithali Bagh and Mahua Moitra’s health deteriorated.
