OTP is not required to change the Aadhaar mobile number as this update is not online. Since the biometric authentication is performed individually at the center, this process does not require OTP.

Online status check facility

After submitting the update request at the Aadhaar center, you can check the online situation by visiting Myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in and using the update request number (URN) on your receipt. Once you submit the request to update the mobile number, you cannot cancel it online. If you want to make any improvement, then you have to visit the Aadhaar enrollment center again to submit a new request with new biometric verification.
