War 2 trailer review: When two Titans, Hrithik and Junior NTR collide, the earthquake is sure to come
The much awaited trailer of Hrithik Roshan, Junior NTR and Kiara Advani starring ‘War 2′ has been released today and seems to meet expectations. This sequel to Yash Raj Films’ Spy Universe has a tremendous cocktail of action, drama and intensity, which promises to keep the audience tied to its seat.
Hrithik Roshan and Junior NTR’s look and chemistry
The biggest highlight of the trailer is undoubtedly the presence of Hrithik Roshan and Junior NTR.
- Hrithik Roshan (Kabir): Hrithik has once again returned in his stylish, intensity and mysterious avatar. His physic and screen presence is amazing. At the beginning of the trailer, he has a monologue in his voice, in which he says to leave his identity and everything for the country. He looks more serious and experienced than before.
- Junior NTR: The Bollywood debut of South Superstar Junior NTR is bang. He is seen in a dangerous look. In a scene, he looks shirtless which shows that he has worked on his physical to compete with Hrithik. There is a different kind of intensity in his eyes. His dialogues have deepness and their delivery is powerful. The rivalry or cooperation between the two looks very interesting in the trailer. In a scene, both are seen saying “India First”, which shows the complexity of their characters and the spirit of patriotism. This is a face-off that the audience was eagerly waiting for.
Glimpses of action scenes:
The ‘War’ franchise is known for its excellent action and the trailer of ‘War 2’ carries forward this heritage. The trailer has a glimpse of several high-octane action sequences. Battle on the roof of the moving train, fierce combat in snowy caves, chasing on high speed boats and everything has been filmed on a very large scale.
The action choreography looks great, with Hrithik’s agility and the power of Junior NTR clearly reflected. It seems that the film will take action in Indian cinema to a new level.
Kiara Advani’s look:
Kiara Advani looks impressive not only in the trailer, but also in the action avatar. His entry is also an action packed, in which she is seen doing action with Hrithik. Along with some romantic moments, she also seems to be an important part of this high-stx thriller. Action and drama balance is also being seen in his character. A slight glimpse of ‘Bikini Look’ is also shown.
Glimpse of the story of the film:
The trailer gives an exciting glimpse of the story. It seems that Kabir (Hrithik) is on a mission, but his loyalty is being questioned. The character of Junior NTR also claims to fight for the country, but their methods and goals may vary from Kabir.
A deep mystery and an element of betrayal also appear in the trailer. It seems that the story will investigate the complex lines between patriotism, duty and personal sacrifice. Ashish Rana (Colonel Luthra) has also returned to his character, which gives further strength to the story.
At the end of the trailer, the context of the Bhagavad Gita, “Karmanavanvadht Ma Phaleshu Kadachan” (you have the right on karma, never on the fruit), indicates the deep philosophical background of the film.
Dialogue strong and impressive
Dialogues seem strong and impressive. Hrithik and Junior NTR establish the main theme of both monologue film. Dialogues are sharp, patriotic and sometimes philosophers, who increase the severity of the film. They reflect the tension between the characters and their dedication to their country.
Overall, the trailer of ‘War 2′ is a visual treatment. It promises to be a tremendous action thriller on the big screen.
