Watch: Preeti Zinta’s face got out as soon as Shreyas Iyer got out, video is going viral
In the qualifier-1 match of IPL 2025, Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss against Punjab Kings and decided to bowl first and RCB bowlers proved their captain’s decision to be correct and allotted Punjab for 101 runs. In this match, no Punjab batsman could stand on the wicket and all the 10 wickets in the fall of wickets fell in just 14.1 overs.
Seeing the poor batting of Punjab Kings, the co-owner Preity Zinta, who was present in the stand, also became depressed and her video went viral. The moment came in the fourth over of the innings, when Josh Hazlewood, who returned, once again targeted Punjab Kings captain Shreyas Iyer. Iyer tried to play an aerial shot off Hazlewood, but the ball took the edge of his bat directly to the keeper’s gloves.
As soon as Iyer was dismissed, Preity Zinta’s face was blown away and not only that, her face was such a sad full of innings because one after the other, the Punjab Kings batsmen kept throwing their wickets. After dismissing Iyer, Hazlewood also dismissed Josh Englandis, while Yash Dayal dismissed Priyansh Arya and Nehal Vadhera. Bhuvneshwar Kumar dismissed Prabhasimran Singh, while Suyash Sharma dismissed Marcus Stoinis and Shashank Singh and pushed Punjab completely on the backfoot.

After this, where was Romario Shepherd to stay behind, he dismissed Harpreet Brar in his first over and finally Hazelwood ended the innings by dismissing Ajmatullah Umarzai for 18 runs. Punjab’s team could score only 101 runs. Now from here, the RCB team needs to score 102 runs to reach the finals and if the Punjab team is not successful in doing any miracle, then RCB will be seen playing in its fourth final.
