During a conversation at TalkSport Podcast, Anderson said that he found it more difficult to bowl Virat Kohli. Anderson said that in 2014 he redeemed Kohli’s weakness and dismissed him several times. But after that when both of them clashed again, Virat appeared to be a completely changed player. Anderson said, “Kohli took his game to a different level, and then it was not easy for me to bowl not just for me.”

Anderson also talked about Sachin and told that he did not show change against him as he showed in Kohli. He said, “Sachin was very calm, used to remain completely calm on the field. But Kohli was completely different, very passionate, every wicket and moment to live openly. He was also warned many times on the field.” Anderson also admitted that when he played against Sachin, he was at a separate stage of his career. Anderson said, “The status of Sachin in India was amazing. But as Virat moved forward, his influence also became the same.”

Finally Anderson clearly said that bowling Kohli was more challenging than Tendulkar. The reason was his mindset, energy and hunger to improve themselves continuously.
