Bobby Deol was emotional to see Saira

In a conversation with Faridun Shaharyar, Bobby Deol shared his passionate experience to see Mohit Suri’s ‘Saira’. Actually, Bobby Deol has known Ahaan since childhood, so he says that this film was very personal for him. Recalling the days of Ahaan’s childhood, he told how he used to show his energy by wearing a dress of Spider-Man. Bobby said, ‘I liked Saira very much. I was very happy to see Saira because Ahaan has grown in front of me. When he was younger, wearing a spider-man dress, he used to hit the punching bag … he has been very energetic since childhood.

‘Laga like son’s film released’- Bobby Deol

Bobby further says- ‘Ahaan has waited for about eight years of this moment. The story of how he got this film is also very interesting. I was really very happy to see Saira. While watching the film, it seemed as if I am watching my son’s film. The film was released and became such a big hit, I loved seeing this. When I was watching the film, I cried a lot at that time. This is an emotional story.

Ahaan’s advice given

Bobby Deol said that he also gave an advice to Ahaan after watching the film. Bobby says- ‘I said only one thing to Ahaan after watching the film and that was that he should be focused and work hard and pray in himself that he will get interesting characters and projects even further.’

Saira’s amazing at the box office

The romantic drama ‘Saira’, made under the direction of Mohit Suri and the banner of Yash Raj Films, was released in theaters on 18 July. Since its release, the film has grossed Rs 308.45 crore in India and more than 500 crores worldwide. Ahaan Pandey has made his debut with the film and his pairing with Anit Dadda is being well liked.
