Waves 2025: Aamir Khan told that before starting the film, we work only on script for three-four months

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan won the hearts of many with his practical suggestions on the ‘Art of Acting’ from the stage of Creatoropier at Waves 2025 Same. Aamir Khan said that this practical advice came from his years of experience in filmmaking.

He said, I am not a trained actor. I wanted to go to the National School of Drama, but could not go. I have learned some tips on the way, which have proved to be effective for me.

Talking about the future of film production, Aamir Khan said that AI technology has made the shooting of the film possible without an actor. AI and technology are also able to add the actor to the scene later. The first and most important task for an actor is to get into the mind of the character.

He said, I spend a lot of time with the script. I read the script again and again. If the script is good, then you will be able to understand the character, his physical structure, attitude etc. will all come out of it. In addition, discussing the character and story with the director also gives an idea.

Aamir Khan said, my memory is weak. Therefore, I write dialogues by hand. I first take difficult scenes. I must remember the dialogue. On the first day, I just work on it. I do it every day for three-four months, and then it gets into me.

Aamir said, dialogue should be yours. You have to adopt it. When it was written, it was of the script-writer. Later it becomes yours. When you repeat the same line, you realize that you can do it in many ways.
