How did Anurag Kashyap become a writer from writer?

Anurag Kashyap also revealed the name of the filmmaker and director during a conversation with host Akshay Rathi, which led to the direction of writing films. He said- ‘Somewhere I always wanted to direct films. I do not know whether Ramu (Ram Gopal Varma) remembers whether he has a big role in becoming a director. So one day Ramu wanted some shots of the city and I kept some shot notes down, that he needed somewhere. So he told Mazhar that why don’t you go and shoot something. They liked the idea that I told them. ‘

Ram Gopal Varma rejected all the shots

Anurag further says- ‘We shot and we came back and I was walking in my mind that for the first time I played the role of director. After this, when the shot was shown on the screen, Ramu did not like a single shot. I went to the editor and said that Ramu sir was watching me like this. So he said- you told me 7 different things, I used it, otherwise it was also a nonsense shot. He told me how bad it was. Whatever things you have shot, they did not have to do it. He taught me how I have to tell Mazhar what is in my mind. He again gave me a camera and sent Sunday to shoot. Then we can get some fine shots. So my learning process started from there.
