What happened to NSA Doval and Chinese Foreign Minister? First major meeting after India-Pak clash

Doval is on a visit to China to attend the conference of top national security officers of the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). NSA Doval also said that it is necessary to maintain peace along the border and to deal with terrorism strictly.

There was also a discussion on increasing the contact between the people so that the relations between the two countries could be strengthened. Strict message to China against terrorism

Doval’s remarks are also seen as an indirect message to China to pressurize his evergreen friend Pakistan to take action against terrorist organizations running activities from his land. The meeting took place at a time when there was a military clash between India and Pakistan from 7 to 10 May, which started on 22 April after the Pahalgam terror attack. China condemned that terrorist attack, but at the same time it was also revealed that it has given weapons to Pakistan during the war.
