What is IP rating?
The IP rating which is also called Ingress Protection Rating. This is a standard, which suggests how safe a device is from solid and liquids like dust and water? The IP rating consists of two numbers, the first reflects safety (such as dust) from solid objects and protection (eg water) from fluids. For example, IP68 and IP69 are two common ratings, which provide protection for IP68 dust and water, and IP69 also provides protection from high pressure water jets.
The first digit of the IP rating is represented for solid to safety levels, which ranges from 0 to 6. In this 6 means that the device is completely anti -dust. At the same time, the second digit shows the level of safety from the liquid, whose levels range from 0 to 9. Here, 9 means protection from high pressure water jets. This means that phones with IP68 and IP69 rating will not be spoiled even if they sink in water.
The phone coming with the IP68 rating is completely safe from dust and will not be spoiled even when drowning in water for some time to a depth of 1 meter. At the same time, phones with IP69 rating are stronger than IP68. This phone does not deteriorate even when drowning in water for a long time.

- IP67: Protected by drowning in water for 30 minutes for a depth of 1 meter.
- IP68: Protected by drowning in water for 30 minutes up to a depth of 1.5 meters.
