What is golden Gauri fast? , The golden form of Goddess Parvati is worshiped in Swarna Gauri Vrat. This fast was named ‘Gold’ because in some areas the idol of Mata Parvati made of gold is worshiped. This fast is done by specially newly married women and those Suhagins who want their husband’s long life and prosperity in married life. It is believed that due to the effect of this fast, Goddess Parvati herself gives a boon and there is a habitat of happiness and prosperity in the house.

– Shravan Shukla Tritiya Tithi starts on Swarn Gauri fast: 10:41 pm on 26 July 2025.
– Tritiya Tithi ends: till 10:41 pm on 27 July 2025.
Auspicious time of worship:
– Brahma Muhurta: From 04:46 am to 05:30 minutes.
– Morning evening: 05:08 in the morning to 06:14 minutes.
– Abhijit Muhurta: from 12:19 to 01:11 minutes.
– Amrit Kaal: From 01:56 to 03:34 minutes in the afternoon.
– Vijay Muhurta: From 02:55 to 03:48 minutes in the afternoon.
– Godhuli Muhurta: From 07:16 to 07:38 minutes.
– Saiha Sandhya: From 07:16 to 08:22 minutes.

Method of Swarna Gauri Vrat Pujan: Swarna Gauri Vrat Puja Vidhi
• On the day of Hariyali Teej/ Madhusrava Teej or Swarna Gauri fast, wake up early in the morning and take a bath and resolve to fast.
• After cleaning the house in the house of worship, install a statue of Maa Parvati from the soil on a wooden post or hit.
• If there is strength, install a gold statue.
• Take 16 wire thread of cotton or silk thread and apply 16 knots in it and install it near the outpost.
• Then worship with Shodashopchar method.
• Chant the mantras of Mata Parvati during worship, such as: ‘Om Gauray Namah’ or ‘Ommaheshwarya Namah’.
• Listen to the story after worship and perform aarti.
• 16 wire thread male tie in his right hand and women in the left hand or neck.
• Then keep 16 types of fruits, dish made of rice powder and clothes etc. in 16 baskets of bamboo.
• And donate 16 Brahmin couples and donate it.
• Say these sentences while donating- I am giving this to Brahmins for the wholeness of this fast. For the prosperity of my work, only Suhagin women, who are adorned with beautiful ornaments and adorned with enthusiasm, should accept them.
• In this way, after worshiping and worshiping, pray for a happy life to Mother Swarna Gaura and bless them.
• Please tell that it is custom to worship gold kept in the house on this day.
• Husband and wife wake up in the morning on this day and go to a Shiva-Parvati temple and offer red flowers.
