Muslims keep Roza (fast) for 30 consecutive days in this month. According to the religion of Islam, fasting removes sorrow and prayers are accepted. Muslims fasting during the holy month of Ramadan can eat and drink only during the time between Iftar and Sehri. This is the time when fasting Muslims eat and drink. One should avoid eating these things during fasting

If you keep fast then it becomes very important for you to take care of your health. One has to eat and drink something only at a certain time. You should avoid eating fried and spicy things during Sehri (i.e. before sunrise). Eating such things can cause indigestion. Gas may be formed. Acidity problem may arise.

If you keep fast then you should take salt only in limited quantity. Eating too much salt can increase sodium in the body. In such a situation, dehydration can also occur. You should avoid eating things like kebab, biryani, pizza during Sehri. Such things can harm your health.

You should also avoid drinking tea or coffee during Ramadan. Because drinking tea and coffee can make you thirsty and not drinking water during fasting can make you sick.

What should be eaten during Roza?

You should eat fruits during Sehri in Ramadan. Like – apple, pear, grapes, beetroot etc. Along with this, you can also consume whole grains during Sehri. By consuming these things, energy remains in your body throughout the day.

You must consume curd during Sehri. Consuming it does not cause calcium deficiency in the body. At the same time, you can eat raw cheese for protein.

At the same time, eating dates during Iftar during fasting is very good for health. Eating this maintains energy in the body. A good amount of fiber is found in it. Be sure to include salad in your meal. This does not cause dehydration in the body.

You can drink fruit juice while breaking the fast in Iftar. Drinking juice can relieve fatigue throughout the day. Try to go out in the sun during fasting. Because going out in the sun can make you thirsty. You may get dehydrated due to not drinking water.
