Where Is Xur Today? (March 15-19) Destiny 2 Exotic Items And Xur Location Guide – Cross Talk India
While we’re still a few months away from Destiny 2’s The Final Shape expansion, new story content is on the way in April. Content that you’ll probably want to prepare for by paying a visit to Xur and stocking up on Exotic gear. Here’s where you can find Xur this weekend and what the Agent of the Nine has for sale.
This week you can find Xur in the EDZ, in the Winding Cove area. For his weapon, Xur is offering Vigilance Wing. Hunters can pick up the Graviton Forfeit helmet; Titans can grab the Ursa Furiosa gauntlets; and Warlocks can buy the Karnstein Armlets.
Xur Location
Spawn in at the Winding Cove transmat zone, then hop on your sparrow and go north. Take the collapsed overpass on the left and look for a cave near the bend in the road. Follow the tunnel through the cliff face to reach a higher ridge where a Fallen dropship has crashed; you’ll find Xur waiting there.

Exotic Armor
Graviton Forfeit (Exotic Hunter helmet)
A cool-looking helmet for Hunters, Graviton Forfeit’s Vanishing Shadow perk increases the duration of any invisibility effects. While you’re invisible, your melee energy recharges faster, your weapons reload faster, and your recovery is greatly increased. This roll of the Exotic has high mobility–a stat Hunters make good use of–and strength stats, for when you move fast and hit hard. Recovery and intellect are average, while discipline and resilience are quite low.
- Mobility: 21
- Resilience: 2
- Recovery: 11
- Discipline: 2
- Intellect: 10
- Strength: 19
- Total: 65
Ursa Furiosa (Exotic Titan gauntlets)
These furry Exotics are great for Titans looking to get added functionality with their Sentinel Shield super. With these equipped, you’ll move faster while guarding when Sentinel Shield is active, and guarded damage converts to Super energy when the Super ends, allowing you to bust that defensive ability out more quickly. The stats on this Exotic are mostly balanced, but you’ll want to buff your resilience and strength to take advantage of this armor if you choose to equip it.
- Mobility: 14
- Resilience: 8
- Recovery: 12
- Discipline: 12
- Intellect: 10
- Strength: 9
- Total: 65
Karnstein Armlets (Exotic Warlock gauntlets)
The Vampire’s Caress perk on these Warlock gauntlets works very well with the restorative buffs of the seasonal artifact. Melee and finisher final blows instantly grant cure and provide restoration for a short duration, so once you pair that with a Solar weapon and the right mods, you’ll find your Warlock bounces back from damage very quickly. This Exotic has great resilience and recovery stats, tying into its key perk, as well as a high discipline stat for when you want to lob grenades more often. Strength and intellect are low, but the raw healing power function makes up for those shortcomings.
- Mobility: 2
- Resilience: 16
- Recovery: 17
- Discipline: 23
- Intellect: 2
- Strength: 6
- Total: 66
Exotic Weapons
Vigilance Wing (Exotic pulse rifle)
A classic in the pulse rifle department, Vigilance Wing fires a five-round burst of kinetic ammo. When a nearby ally is killed, you’ll gain health regeneration and increased movement speed. When you’re the last member of your fireteam, the weapon also gains improved performance and it dramatically increases your recovery stat. This makes it a good pick for PvP, as the solid stats and sturdy design make it a lethal weapon in the right hands. You’ve probably discovered this in a round of Trials or Control over the last couple of years.
- Harsh Truths
- Corkscrew Rifling
- Alloy Magazine
- Last Stand
- Composite Stock
Hawkmoon (Exotic hand cannon)
Moving Target is the perk on this week’s Hawkmoon roll, a decent buff to target acquisition and movement when you’re aiming with this weapon.
- Paracausal Shot
- Fluted Barrel
- Alloy Magazine
- Moving Target
- Textured Grip

Xur is present every weekend in Destiny 2, starting with the daily reset at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET each Friday. His exact location is always a mystery when he first arrives, as he is not listed on the map, and for novice players, he can be easy to miss. However, there are a set number of locations where he takes up residence, including the Tower Hangar area, on Nessus in Watcher’s Grave, and in the Winding Cove area of the EDZ.
