Business News Desk – State Bank of India customers are complaining. Complaints have been received about withdrawal of Rs 342 from people’s bank accounts on several different days in the month of November. According to the information, this money is being deducted as premium for Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY). Bank customers have shared many screenshots of this on Instagram, in which SBI has been tagged. On this, the bank has answered everyone’s questions as to how their problem can be solved.

What is the whole matter?
On November 10, a message came that Rs 342 was deducted from the bank accounts of many people. In which it is written that SBI Bank thanks you for enrollment under PMJJBY. Whereas people had not given consent for any kind of nomination for this. According to a report published in media outlet Moneylife India, an SBI official, on the condition of anonymity, told his customer that the bank receives a list of accounts from the government, from which the premium amount for the PMJJBY scheme is deposited. You get cut off.

Bank told the method of complaint
When users on social media started tagging the bank and filing complaints one after the other, the bank responded. The bank informed its customers how to complain without any delay. In which first go to https://t.co/9ptr6xCV4c. After this select Raise Complaint, then you have to enter your account number in Personal Segment/Individual Customer.

After this, another window will open, in which go to General Banking, then select Operation of Accounts. After this Disputed Debit/Credit Transactions will appear. Whatever complaint you have, write it in the last column, explaining it properly. After submission, complaint number will be sent to your phone number or email.
