Why did 56 former judges criticize the statement of 18 former judges? Know what is the whole matter

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday targeted Justice B. Sudarshan Reddy, the Vice Presidential candidate of the Congress -led IDIA alliance. Amit Shah had accused B Sudarshan of supporting Naxalism and said that if he had not pronounced the decision on Salwa Judum, Maoism in the country would have ended before 2020. After this, 18 former judges defended B Sudarshan Reddy. Now 56 former judges have criticized the statement of these 18 former judges and said that their statement is similar to misuse of the guise of judicial freedom for political convenience.
