In this match, the South African team batted first and scored 277 runs in 49.1 overs. Matthew Breetzke (88) and Triston Stabs (74) scored a brilliant half -century and played an important partnership of 89 runs for the fourth wicket. At the same time, Tony D. Georgi contributed 38 runs.

Chasing the target, Australia started very poorly and could not recover from the early tremors. Josh English (87) definitely tried, but the team was reduced to just 193 runs in 37.4 overs.

For South Africa, Lungi Angidi took 5 wickets while bowling deadly. Nandre Burger and Senuran Muthusamy took 2–2 wickets, while Mulder took 1 wicket. With this victory, South Africa took an unassailable 2–0 lead in the three-match series.
