A new revelation has been revealed in the case of 36 -year -old Karan Dev’s suspected death in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. According to the police, Karan is murdered by wife Sushmita and her lover Rahul. Rahul is Karan’s cousin.
The reason for Karan’s death was said to be current. Police said the case was revealed by both Instagram chat of both. Both of them murdered Karan by currently electing them in a state of unconsciousness.
The police arrested accused Sushmita and Rahul on Saturday. During interrogation, both the accused have confessed to the crime. Karan died on 12 July.
On July 13, the body of wife Sushmita Karan reached Janakpuri Hospital in West Delhi. He told that Karan has got a current in the house. The family did not first conduct postmortem by considering it as an accident.
The police suspected Karan’s age and situation and sent the body to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital in Harinagar for postmortem. Sushmita, Rahul and Rahul’s father opposed it.
2 days after the incident, Karan’s younger brother Kunal Dev found Sushmita and Rahul’s Instagram chat. There was a matter of conspiracy to murder in chat. Kunal made a video of it and handed over to the police on 16 July.
The chat revealed that on the night of July 12, Sushmita mixed 15 sleeping pills in Karan’s dinner. When the medicines were not affected, Sushmita got nervous and asked Rahul that it has been three hours, neither vomit, nor pot, nor death. What to do now?, Rahul replied that if you do not understand anything, then give the current.
After this, both of them tied Karan with tape and put a current in his hand, so that it looks like an accident. Karan fainted, then Sushmita went to her in -laws and said that Karan has been electrocuted. He was rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
Sushmita told that Karan used to abuse her, kill and demand money. The two accused wanted to live together and also wanted to grab Karan’s property.
