Diljit has uploaded a BTS video from the set of ‘Border 2’ on his official Instagram handle, in which he can be seen getting out of his vanity van wearing a formal suit with army logo and badge. He then goes inside the set while preparing for the shooting of the dance sequence. He has used the song ‘Ghar Kab Aaoge …’ song in the background of this video.

Earlier, it was being said that the makers of ‘Border 2’ started searching for someone else for the role of Diljit Dosanjh, as there is a controversy about his recently released film ‘Sardar Ji 3’. All this began when Diljit shared the official trailer of the horror-comedy film ‘Sardar G3’ on his Instagram handle. The trailer, released on 22 June, also stars Pakistani actress Hania Aamir along with Diljit, which led to a lot of criticism.
FWICE demanded to exclude Diljit from Border 2
Last week, the film organization FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employees) sent a letter to the film’s makers and expressed disappointment over Diljit’s casting in ‘Border 2’. It is written in the letter, “The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) representing the main employees of the Indian film and television industry, is very disappointed and worried about the casting of actor-singer Mr. Diljit Dosanjh in your upcoming film Border 2. The film is made with the help of T-Siris under the banner of JP Films and is directed by Shri Anurag Singh.
