1. Satvik Quinoa-vegetable khichdi
Material:
• 1 cup quinoa (or porridge/whole moong)
• Carrots, capsicum, beans, peas (chopped)
• Ginger, turmeric, cumin
• A little ghee
• rock salt
Method:
1. Heat ghee in the cooker, add cumin and ginger to it.
2. Add all the vegetables and quinoa.
3. Add turmeric, salt and add 2 cups of water and cook till 2-3 whistles.

• 5-6 basil leaves
• 1 inch ginger (grated)

Material:
• 1 cup millet flour

• 1 cup grated coconut
