India’s biggest plane accident ever occurred on 12 November 1996, which is called Charkhi Dadri plane crash. The accident occurred near Chakhi Dadri in Haryana when two planes collided with each other. All 349 people in both aircraft were killed in this collision. The accident occurred due to misunderstanding and height not being understood properly between the pilot and air traffic control.

On 1 January 1978, Boeing fell into the 747 Arabian Sea as soon as he flew from Mumbai. Due to Disha confusion and technical fault, 213 people lost their lives in this accident. The plane was going from Mumbai to Dubai.

On 22 May 2010, Air India Express Flight 812 was coming from Dubai to Karnataka. The aircraft had 166 people. The weather was fine at the time of landing, but the runway was small and a little height. The pilot launched the aircraft late on the ground, so that there was not enough space to apply the brake. As a result, the aircraft slipped beyond the runway and fell into two parts to fall into the ditch. 158 people died in the accident. Investigation revealed that the pilots were very tired and could not take the decision on time, causing this serious accident.
