RCB star cricketer Yash Dayal has finally broken the silence on allegations of sexual abuse by a woman and has approached the Allahabad High Court, challenging the FIR. According to recent media reports, Dayal has moved the Allahabad High Court to stop his arrest.

A few days ago, the Ghaziabad police accused him of ‘mental and physical’ exploiting a woman by pretending to be married. Following the complaint of the woman, the police had registered a case against the cricketer under Section 69 (having sex with a false promise of marriage) of the Indian Penal Code. In his petition, the cricketer has denied any kind of physical relationship with the woman.

Dayal has filed an FIR with the Prayagraj police and filed a counter complaint. Dayal has alleged that the woman stole her iPhone and laptop and borrowed money from them by giving them incorrect information. According to the report, the petition stated, “According to the FIR, the victim has admitted that the petitioner’s parents treated her like a daughter-in-law, meaning that the petitioner’s intention was never to cheat her. However, over time the victim’s attitude changed and the petitioner realized that she would not be able to marry her. So, she decided to end the relationship.”

The petition further states that if the woman’s statement is also true, then it is a case of not fulfilling the promise of marrying her, not a false promise. According to the report, it has also been clarified in the petition that Dayal did not make friendship or relationship with the woman by pretending to be married. The petition said, “This was a mutual friendship, which later deteriorated due to the victim.”

Earlier, the woman also said that she had enough evidence against Dayal in the form of chat records, screenshots, video calls and photographs and alleged that Dayal had introduced her to her parents and relatives as her daughter-in-law.

A message sent to the police station and Superintendent of Police Office concerned on the portal of the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh said, “For the last 5 years, the complainant was in a relationship with the female cricketer. The man promised to marry and misleaded her emotional, mental and physical. She introduced the complainant to her family and behaved like a husband, which caused the woman to fully trust her, when the woman was fully trusted. Harassment was done. During the relationship, the complainant was also an economic and emotional exploitation. “
