Yash Dayal Second Rape Case in Jaipur: Royal Challengers Bangalore fast bowler Yash Dayal has once again been booked for rape. This time the woman who accused RCB’s pacer was a minor when she was raped for the first time. Earlier on July 08, a woman from Ghaziabad had filed a case against Yash in a rape case.

According to a report published in Dainik Bhaskar, this time the matter came from Jaipur. The victim has registered a case at Sanganer Sadar police station in Jaipur. It was told that when the victim was raped for the first time, she was just 17 years old. Due to this, the police have registered an FIR under the Poxo Act. The case was registered on 23 July.

Yash Dayal was again accused

The report said that like the first case, this time too, Yash has been accused of blackmail and wrongdoing for 2 years. It was told that Yash and the victim met while playing cricket. It is alleged that the victim was raped by pretending to make a career in cricket.

What did the police say?

Regarding the matter, SHO said that Yash had once again done wrong with the woman by coming to Jaipur during 2025 IPL. Troubled by continuous blackmail and wrongdoings, the woman registered a case on 23 July.

Earlier relief was received from Allahabad High Court

Significantly, on the case registered in Ghaziabad, the Allahabad High Court gave relief from the arrest to Yash Dayal. On behalf of the High Court, it was said that someone can fool you 1 or 2 days, but not for five years.
