Rajasthan Hc Denies to Stay Yash Dayal Arrest:
Yash Dayal, who plays for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the Indian Premier League, seems to be getting trapped in a lot of trouble. In the case registered against the RCB fast bowler in Sanganer, Jaipur, the Rajasthan High Court has refused to stay the arrest. Dayal is accused of sexually abusing the minor.

It was told by the High Court that the victim is a minor in the case, due to which the charge cannot be given interim relief in the arrest. Let us tell you that before the case was registered in Sanganer, Jaipur, a case of rape case was also registered against RCB bowler in Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh, in which the Allahabad High Court had stayed the arrest of the accused.

Conspiracy against Yash Dayal?

During the hearing of the case in the High Court, Yash Dayal’s lawyer Kunal Ziman claimed that he was being conspired against. Apart from this, he also mentioned the case registered in Ghaziabad, in which the High Court had stayed the arrest of the cricketer.

Advocate Kunal Ziman said, “FIR was lodged in Jaipur exactly 7 days after that incident. It seems that a gang is active to blackmail such cases by registering such cases. Now it will be interesting to know what decision on cricket is pronounced in the next hearing.
