The Authority is planning to buy 5,000 acres and land directly from 2,000 farmers.

Authority is talking to farmers

According to the Yida official, we are talking to the farmers and taking land from those who are willing to sell it. We have bought 5,200 acres of land in the last five years and the land purchase will continue. Yeida said that Korean city will be built in Sector 4A, where 365 acres of land will be required, settling on 395 acres in Japanese city of Sector 5A. 750 acres of land in Sector 11 will be used for Fintech City. Sector 5 will pay attention to group housing and other residential projects, as well as land will be kept separate for special facilities like children’s houses and orphanages.

Hotels, malls and offices will also be built

Multi-land use projects will be allowed in Japanese and Korean industrial cities. This includes industrial, residential, commercial and institutional land use, so that housing, hotels, malls and offices etc. can be constructed. Its purpose is to provide all the necessary facilities within the city, so that Japanese citizens can feel like home, preserving their culture. With the airport starting soon, we are now working to bring all these major projects to reality.
