The film is made under the banner of Maithri Movie Makers, Sukumar Writing and Gopi Talkies. Kahni is from a village in Telangana, where a 13 -year -old girl adopts Gandhiji’s principle and protects a lovely tree. The film was released in theater on 24 January 2025.
