Manohar government has planned to run electric buses in nine cities. There is a plan to provide 50 electric buses in each city. The Transport Department said that if everything goes well, electric buses will start running in Yamunanagar and Panipat from January 1. Later these buses will be started in Rewari, Rohtak, Karnal, Hisar, Ambala, Sonipat and Kurukshetra.
