- 4 large eggs
- 2 onions, grated
- 2 tomatoes, grated
- 1/2 cup fresh curd
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander (for garnish)

- Heat oil in a pan and add grated onion and ginger-garlic paste. Cook until fragrant so that the aroma comes out.
- Now add grated tomatoes to it and cook till it boils.
- Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix all the spices and cook well.
- Now add fresh curd and let it boil.
