Mumbai: Patients of the new variant of Corona JN-1 have been found in places like Kerala, Goa, Thane, Sindhudurg etc. Till December 21, 34 patients of Corona have been recorded in Mumbai. However, not a single patient of the new variant JN-1 has been detected in Mumbai. The new variant in Mumbai has not created any alarming situation to worry about. So Mumbaikars should not panic. As per the orders of the Central and State Governments, the Mumbai Municipal Corporation is ready with all the mechanisms to prevent the new variant. Till December 21, 34 patients of Corona have been recorded in Mumbai and this rate is 3.03 percent. 1005 tests have been conducted.
6 attendance beds are available for corona patients in Kasturba and other hospitals of the municipality and Seven Hills, a private hospital. PP kits, oxygen, ventilators, ICU beds and medicines, masks have been arranged. However, the number of necessary items will be increased according to the increase in the number of patients.
