Judicial custody of Manish Sisodia till January 19
New Delhi. The troubles of Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia, accused in the liquor scam related to Delhi Excise Policy, are not showing any signs of ending. On Friday, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has again extended his judicial custody.
After the completion of the custody of the AAP leader (Manish Sisodia), he was produced in Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court on Friday, from where his custody was extended till January 19. During this time, the court has also reprimanded the advocate of the accused and said that you people deliberately want to delay the hearing.
Also, the court has given time till January 15 to Sisodia and other accused to go to the CBI office to get the documents of the charge sheet examined.

The court said that the lawyer of the accused can go to the CBI office from 10 am to 7 pm and examine the documents. The court also ordered the investigating officer of CBI to give a copy of the charge sheet to the accused in DVD format. At the same time, CBI, while presenting its stand in the court, said that all the documents related to the charge sheet have been given to all the accused. Now the hearing of this case will be on January 19.
Sisodia (Manish Sisodia) was arrested in February

A few days later, ED arrested him from Tihar in a money laundering case related to liquor scam. The investigating agency had accused Sisodia several times of not cooperating in the investigation.
