Salaar: Part 1-Ceasefire, the latest film at the Indian box office starring pan-Indian star Prabhas, has garnered positive feedback from audiences and critics.
Post the completion of benefit shows in Telugu states, Salaar received a wide reception following its release on Friday, 22 December.

Now, the news on Salaar‘s OTT rights is doing rounds on social media. Renowned streaming platform Netflix has acquired the digital rights for the movie at a hefty price.
It is learnt that Netflix secured the digital rights for Salaar for a whopping ₹160 crore. Usually, movies with average reviews are available on OTT platforms within a month, but given the positive response to Salaar, it is expected to release on the streaming service after two months.
Netflix will soon make an official announcement about this streaming content.
Actor Shruti Haasan played the love interest of Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran played the role of a friend in Salaar.
