2 onion paste, ginger garlic paste, turmeric 1 tsp, coriander powder 1 tsp, red chilli powder 1 tsp, garam masala powder 1 tsp, cumin 1 tsp, tomato puree 1 cup, green coriander 2 tsp finely chopped, fresh cream 2 Tablespoon, oil as per need, salt as per taste

Simple method of making kofta curry

First of all, to make Kofta curry, you need to add chopped green chillies, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, some finely chopped green coriander, 4-5 teaspoons to the cabbage. Add gram flour and mix everything well, add water and prepare a medium batter, so that you can make pakodas from it. Put oil in the pan and heat it. Now after this, make small balls from this mixture and once the oil is hot, fry them in a pan. Add 4-5 koftas one by one. Now make balls of the entire mixture and fry them till they turn golden. Your koftas will be ready. Now it's the turn of the curry. Now take oil in another pan and when it gets hot, add onion paste, ginger and garlic. Add paste and let it cook well, then add tomato puree to it and fry for two minutes. Add turmeric, coriander powder and red chilli powder and fry for one minute on medium flame. Now beat the cream in it and cook for one minute. After this add 1 cup of water. Cook on low flame for five minutes. Now add Cabbage Kofta, salt and garam masala and cook for one minute. Sprinkle green coriander on top and serve hot.
