New Delhi: It seems the law and order situation in the national capital has collapsed. This was evident by a horrific incident in which a hooligan fired indiscriminately in the air with two pistols in hand. The entire incident was caught on camera.

The video shows the criminal opening fire indiscriminately outside a house in a locality in Narela district of Delhi. The incident reportedly took place on September 24th.

Criminal hurl abuses and make threats

The CCTV footage shows two criminals on a two-wheeler at the gate of a house. While one hooligan sat on the bike, another is seen is firing a pistol in air outside the house.

The criminal can be seen firing repeatedly in air and making verbal threats. Along with firing, the criminal also hurled abuses. After the firing incident, the criminals fled the scene.

The police have now registered a case and formed multiple teams to arrest the criminals.
The man at whose house firing took place, has a dispute with the criminal.
