But apart from all this, Russia is doing a very unique work. A new sex ministry is being formed in our country. Yes, the Ministry of Sex, whose name you might have never heard of nor about any such ministry in any country.
But now it is completely ready to install. The government is going to bring a new law. Under this law, there will be a ban on encouraging people not to have children in the country. Along with this, romance will also be allowed in the office.
A unique ministry is going to be formed in Russia
Actually this work is being done in Russia. Along with this, no such content will be run on any social media platform which prevents people from having children. The State Duma, the lower house of the Russian Parliament, has also passed a resolution related to this on November 12. Now it will be presented in the Upper House on November 20. After passing from here, it will be sent to Vladimir Putin for approval. This law (Office Romance) will come into force after getting Putin’s approval.
Actually, Russia is troubled by its continuously decreasing population. The number of children born in the country in June was less than 1 lakh. More than 6 lakh Russians have been killed or disabled since the Ukraine war. This has increased the government’s concern.
Government took steps to increase child population
The Russian government is making every possible effort to control this. Lakhs of rupees are also being given for having children. Unique ideas are being given to increase the fertility (Office Romance) rate in Russia. One of these is that the internet and lights should be switched off from 10 pm to 2 am. They believe that this time is very good for intimate activities. Recently, a statement by Vladimir Putin was in the headlines, in which he has asked the people of Russia to take out time for sex.
Opportunity for romance in office too
He said that sex should be done during lunch and coffee breaks in the office (Office Romance). According to Russian media reports, Nina Ostanina, head of the ‘Committee on Family Protection, Fatherhood, Motherhood and Childhood’ of the Russian Parliament, is reviewing the proposal for this new sex ministry. Decreasing population in Russia is a big problem and the government has already made several efforts to stop it (Office Romance).
Only last year, the government had started the fertility testing program for women. If this proposal is approved then Russian boys and girls will get money to get married and have children.
Giving lakhs of rupees to have children
There is a plan to give up to 5,000 rubles (about Rs 4,820) to people going on a first date. It is proposed to give up to 26,300 rubles (about Rs 22,351) to cover the expenses for hotel stay on the wedding night. Its purpose is to encourage couples to start a family (Office Romance).
.Women aged 18-23 can get up to 900 pounds (about 97,000 rubles i.e. Rs 82,387) for giving birth to a child. Whereas in Chelyabinsk this amount can be up to 8,500 pounds (about 90 lakh rubles i.e. about 76 lakh rupees) for the first child.
