Mathura Modi Rubber claims, there is no dues on the company

Uttar Pradesh News Desk Amidst the issues regarding house tax dues and properties of Municipal Corporation, Modi Rubber Limited claims that his company does not have any dues of the corporation. The defaulter of the Municipal Corporation is not Modi Rubber, but Modi Tire Company. On the other hand, Municipal Commissioner Saurabh Gangwar said that this information has been given by Modi Rubber.

Priyank Aggarwal, legal advisor and senior manager (legal) of Modi Rubber Limited, met the Municipal Commissioner. Told them that there is no dues on Modi Rubber Limited. The company is making continuous payments. He said that the dues bill issued by the Municipal Corporation has been issued to Modi Tire Company. In such a situation, the image of Modi Rubber is getting affected. The Municipal Commissioner said that he will investigate and take action as per rules. He said that the committee that has been constituted for investigation will now investigate the house tax assessment of both the companies.

Municipal Corporation officials have come to know that a petition has been filed in the High Court in the outstanding case of more than Rs 105 crore. The Municipal Commissioner said that information about the petition is being obtained. Answer will be given on this basis.

Meet revenue collection targets
