Dr. Amit Kumar of Shatayu Ayurveda and Panchakarma Center of Hardoi told IANS about the various health benefits and beneficial elements of consuming walnuts. Regular consumption of it in adequate quantity has many health benefits.

Adequate amount of fiber and protein is found in walnuts due to which one feels full for a long time and does not feel hungry quickly.
