Uttar Pradesh News Desk: Friends shot the pharmacist dead with a pistol and threw the body in a garden. Police recovered the body at night and arrested two people. The young man was missing for three days. After an altercation, seven friends committed the crime.

Vinay Kumar, resident of Gulbaha Majra Atwala Chakola of Mallawan Kotwali area, told that on 17th, his 27 year old younger brother Vinod had gone to open a medical store in Ganj Moradabad of Unnao but did not return home till late evening. Some messages came from Vinod’s mobile. On this, Vinay had accused some people of the village of making him missing.

SP Neeraj Jadaun said that late night the body was found near the railway track in a eucalyptus grove near Gulbaha village. On the basis of suspicion, Vinod’s friend Vishal alias Bhaiji and Ankit, resident of Garhgulbaha, were caught and interrogated and both of them confessed to the crime. A pistol, cartridges and Vinod’s phone were recovered from them. Both of them told that Vinod was murdered along with seven people. Vishal works as a laborer in a tent house. On the day of the incident, all the friends had gathered outside the village. During the altercation, he got angry and shot him dead.

Kamlesh Pathak’s second bail plea also canceled

The Additional Sessions Court also rejected the second bail plea of ​​former MLC Kamlesh Pathak, who was in jail for more than four and a half years in the city’s double murder case. The court accepted the application made by the prosecution lawyer for daily hearing for speedy disposal of the case and ordered daily hearing.

The troubles of former MLC Kamlesh Pathak, who is in jail for the death of advocate Manjul Choubey and his cousin sister Sudha in the firing that took place on March 15, 2020 at the Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple in Mohalla Narayanpur of the city, are showing no sign of ending. After hearing the arguments of both the parties, Additional Sessions Judge Sanjay Kumar Singh rejected the application of Kamlesh Pathak.
