Minister raids depot in Haryana, sand found in wheat sacks, supply even after license canceled

On Saturday, Haryana Food and Supplies Minister Rajesh Nagar raided Palwal ration depot. In Kushak village, the minister checked the sacks of grains on the spot. The minister noticed many flaws at the depot.

When the minister investigated, he found sand mixed in the sacks instead of grains. The minister has ordered an inquiry against the departmental officers responsible for this. Besides, notice will also be issued to the Inspector of Food Supply Department.

Stock found even after depot cancellation

Minister Rajesh Nagar says that the person’s depot has already been cancelled. A case is going on against him. But despite this they have got stock of grains. Sand was found mixed in the grain sacks with the second depot holder. He has ordered a departmental inquiry regarding this.

Said- the culprits will not be spared

The minister said that action will be taken against anyone found guilty in the investigation. The government is working for the welfare of the poor. In such a situation, if someone encroaches on the rights of the poor, action will be taken against him.
