A source close to Syrian government forces confirmed to Arabic news website ‘963+’ that Russia has withdrawn all its forces deployed in Deir ez-Zor governorate in the east of the country to their base in the city of Hatla. Now there is not a single member of the Russian force in Al-Salihiya, Khasham, Marat, Tabiya and seven villages. Mazloum and al-Husseiniyah are still under the control of government forces. Meanwhile, Russia has started the construction of a bridge on two banks of the Farad River. Clashes broke out on Sunday between Hayat Tahrir al-Sham fighters and Turkey-backed opposition groups in several areas of Aleppo city in northern Syria. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham also took control of the Artillery College of Ramousa, the Military Academy and the Sheikh Najjar area of ​​Aleppo city, following clashes around the industrial zone and the military college. The government military presence in the city has ended. However, the fighters were attacked by Russian warplanes in the morning. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan spoke on the phone with his Saudi, Iraqi and American counterparts on Sunday evening. According to another report, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham fighters killed dozens of Syrian soldiers. Fighters also seized control of four towns in Hama province, capturing Syrian army bases and the international airport. Now he is moving towards the provincial capital. Meanwhile, the government army has tried to stop the fighters with the help of Russia. It is reported that 20 fighters were killed in this action.
