JABALPUR: Youth beaten up during anti-Bangladesh rally, police rescued him from the crowd
Palpal correspondent, Jabalpur. There was a stir in the rally being taken out against the Bangladesh government in Malviya Chowk, Jabalpur, MP, when a young man stuck in the traffic jam made a comment, after hearing which people beat up the young man. Seeing the young man being beaten, the police reached there and somehow brought the young man out of there and brought him to the police station. The said rally was being taken out by the workers of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal.
It is said that a rally was taken out by Vishva Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal from Teen Patti intersection to protest against the continuous attacks on Hindus in Bangladesh, desecration of statues in temples and the arrest of Saint Chinmayanand and reached Malviya Chowk. Here, slogans were being raised by the workers participating in the rally. Due to which a traffic jam was created. A young man got stuck in the traffic jam during the protest and made some objectionable comment, hearing which some people started beating the young man. Seeing the young man being beaten, police officers and employees reached there and somehow took the young man out of the crowd and brought him to the police station. On this occasion, the protesters said that the situation in Bangladesh has made life difficult for Hindus.
