PSL 2025 has been postponed due to Indo-Pak tension and all foreign players were safely sent to Dubai. Bangladeshi spinner Rishad Hussain said that all the players breathed a sigh of relief as soon as they reached Dubai. He revealed that Daryl Mitchell of New Zealand clearly stated that he would never return to Pakistan, while Tom Curran of England started crying due to fear.

After BCCI suspended IPL 2025, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has also postponed PSL indefinitely. After this, foreign players were sent to Dubai, where they breathed a sigh of relief after arriving.

Bangladesh leg -spinner Rishad Hussain said that most of the foreign players were severely nervous at Dubai Airport. Rishad revealed that New Zealand all -rounder Deril Mitchell clearly said that he would never come to Pakistan – especially in such a situation.

Rishad said, “Sam Billings, Derryl Mitchell, Kushal Perera, David Weez, Tom Karan… The fear was clear on everyone’s face. As soon as Dubai landed Dubai, Mitchell said – Now I will not come again in Pakistan.”

The most emotional moment came when England fast bowler Tom Karan started crying. Rishad said, “When reached Tom Airport, it was discovered that the airport has been closed. They cry there, as if a child cries. Two-three people together can handle them.”

Rishad himself was part of the Lahore Kalandars team. All foreign players were first sent to Dubai and from there they were sent to their country. The most scary thing is that according to Rishad, the missile fell after 20 minutes from the airport from which he left. Rishad said, “I am happy that Alhamdulillah, now we have reached Dubai safe. But there was a lot of fear. Our family also spent many nights without sleep.”

According to reports, PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi wanted to get the remaining PSL match in Karachi, but the decision had to be changed due to the safety concerns of the players.
