After two days of rise, the stock market fell again, Sensex fell by 238 points, Nifty below 19100.

New Delhi. The Indian stock market closed in the red on Tuesday, October 31, after two consecutive days of green. On the second trading day of the week, major market indices closed in the red. Sensex closed at 63,874.93 with a fall of 237.72 points. On the other hand, Nifty slipped 61.31 points and closed at the level of 19,079.60.

Maximum selling in the market was seen in shares of pharma and oil and gas sectors. Buying was seen in the realty sector. On Monday, BSE Sensex closed at 64,112, up 329 points. On Tuesday, it recorded a decline of 580 points from the day’s upper levels.
