Air India Express on Sunday started daily flights from Sri Vijaya Puram (Port Blair) to Bengaluru and Kolkata. Now passengers traveling on this route will get better and easier facilities and will have additional travel options. The departure of the flight from Sri Vijaya Puram to Kolkata started at 8:35 am.

It has been informed that flight operations to Bengaluru will start at 1:50 pm. Andaman and Nicobar Islands are a growing tourist destination where flights are being started.

Apart from this, the airline will also provide the facility to operate flights from Delhi to Jammu and Srinagar. Air India Express is scheduled to operate flights to Chennai from January 1, 2025. Apart from this, the number of flights for Kolkata route will also be increased.
