All provisions of the Constitution can be invoked in Article 370
BY A STAFF REPORTER: The Supreme Court in its judgment held that all the provisions of the Constitution can be applied to Jammu and Kashmir in Article 370(1)(d). Chief Justice of the High Court Dhananjay Jaswant Chandrachud gave this provision in his judgment today.

The Chief Justice in his judgment further stated that, “We do not find that the exercise of the President’s power to issue CO 273 was dishonest. Thus we hold that the exercise of the President’s power was valid.”
