Meanwhile, Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal has made a big announcement regarding the alliance in the assembly elections. While addressing the press conference, Arvind Kejriwal has clearly said that Aam Aadmi Party will not form any alliance with any party in the assembly elections in Delhi.
In the Lok Sabha elections, Congress and Aam Aadmi Party had contested in alliance on seven seats in Delhi. Aam Aadmi Party had contested elections on 3 seats and Congress on 4 seats, but they lost 7 out of 7 seats to BJP. After this, Aam Aadmi Party in Haryana refused to form an alliance with Congress and contested the elections alone.
Refusal to form alliance with Congress
On one hand, former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has refused to form an alliance with Congress. At the same time, Delhi Congress President Devendra Yadav had also made it clear on Friday that the Congress Party will not form an alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party in the Delhi elections.
Devendra Yadav had said, after the Lok Sabha elections, the party has decided that it will contest alone on 70 seats of Delhi and will not form any alliance with anyone. He also said that if we had not formed an alliance with AAP in the Lok Sabha elections, we would definitely have been successful in winning one or two seats.
Naresh Balyan himself was a victim of ransom call
Referring to Naresh Balyan, Kejriwal said, one of our MLAs, who himself was a victim of ransom calls, was getting calls from gangster Kapil Sangwan. Also complained about this to Dhariwal ji. In which he told that Nandu Gang called him on WhatsApp and threatened him about his son living abroad. Received phone calls 30 to 35 times.
Arvind Kejriwal said, MLA Naresh Balyan is the victim of Kapil Sangwan. He received threats, he told Delhi Police to take action on the threat coming, but instead Naresh Baliyan was arrested. I was attacked.
