Apple is preparing to manufacture all iPhone models in India in the coming days. The iPhone made in India will be exported to many countries of the world including the US. This is going to get a big shock to China. Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has given this information in the Bharat Telecom 2025 event. India is developing as a hub of mobile manufacturing between the trade war between the US and China.

During the Bharat Telecom 2025 event, the Union Communications Minister said, “Apple has decided that it will make all its products and mobile phones in India in the coming years.” Jyotiraditya Scindia also emphasized that such investments in India are not only inspired by goodwill, but also financially strong for each OEM.

All iPhone will be made in India

Recently, during the Apple Eating Call, the company’s CEO Tim Cook has also announced that most of the iPhones sold in the US from the next quarter i.e. June will be exported from India i.e. it will be completely Made in India. However, most of the iPhones sold in the global market will be manufactured in China. Apart from America, iPhone exports in India are also being done in European countries.

Importer leading exporter

In this event, Union Minister of State for Communications Chandra Shekhar Pemmasani also said that it is a matter of pride for India to become a mobile importer to leading exporter in 2014. In 2014, India manufactured 60 million mobile phones, while imported 21 million units. At the same time, in 2024, India has produced 33 crore units, out of which 5 crore units have been exported out of India. This has been possible only due to PM Modi’s Make in India Initiative.

99% reached 5G in villages

During the India Telecom 2025 event, the Union Minister of Communications said that 99% of the villages in India have reached 5G. The reach of 5G networks to 82% of the country’s population is not less than a revolution. 4.7 lakh mobile towers have been installed for this. Digital highways are being prepared to deliver superfast mobile communication in India. This will benefit 140 crore people of the country.
