The Malwani police station, which conducted the first investigation into the case, said in its affidavit, ‘Disha Salian committed suicide. Disha was under heavy mental stress due to family disputes and troubles in business. At the time of the incident, she was drunk and her fiancé, who was with her, also denied any conspiracy or doubt. ‘
Given the circumstances and the statements of the witnesses, it is said that the deceased direction Salian committed suicide by jumping from the flat window on his own will. There is no mention of any suspicious thing in the postmortem report.
The allegations raised in the petition of Disha’s father Satish Salian are baseless. The closure report is based on the scientific investigation and postmortem report. This report is decisive and no marks of any sexual or physical attack were found on the deceased.
The ‘Special Investigation Team (SIT) was formed after the closure report was filed, which re -investigated the case and its investigation report also matches the report of the police. However, further investigation in the case is still going on.
