New Delhi: Tollywood actors Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are all set to tie the knot on December 4, 2024. The couple are currently glowing and performing pre-wedding traditions. On November 29, Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya celebrated their haldi ceremony with close family and friends. Today, the actress took to her Instagram account to share beautiful pictures from the ceremony.
Ahead of the wedding, Sobhita shared unseen pictures from the Telugu rituals Raata Sthaapana and Mangalasnanam. The actress’s glow complemented the simple mustard-yellow silk saree and gold jewellery. In one of the pictures, similar to a haldi ceremony, Sobhita is seen sitting beside a large vessel of water as family members apply haldi on her. Another picture showed Sobhita smiling ear-to-ear beside her parents and sister.
There might be much more to come as the soon-to-be-wed couple will reportedly follow all Telugu rituals for their pre-wedding ceremonies. These rituals include the Pelli Raata ceremony which is held before the woman becomes the bride. Earlier, a source close to the wedding claimed that Sobhita also performed the Perlli Kuthuru ceremony where Sobhita was decked out in bridal attire as she received blessings from other married women in her family.

After dating since 2022, the couple got engaged on August 8 and are soon going to become wife and husband officially! Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya will marry at the Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad on December 4, 2024.
For those unaware, this will mark Naga Chaitanya’s second marriage. The actor married Samantha Ruth Prabhu in October 2017 after a long-term relationship. The couple then announced their separation in October 2021 and were officially divorced in 2022. Additionally, for those who wish to learn about Sobhita Dhulipala’s ex-husband, it is to be noted that Sobhita has not married anyone in the past.
