Fight Between Two People
Singapore: A 21 -year -old Indian citizen in Singapore was sentenced to six months in jail on Thursday for a sharp debate, scuffling and abusing the colleague. Electrician Senthilkumar Vishnu Shakti in tie engineering has deliberately admitted to 31 -year -old Nesamani Hariharan to hurt seriously.
The person was in a state of intoxication
According to the news of Channel News Asia, on February 15, the victim was sitting on his bed at around seven in the evening, when Senthilkumar returned to the place of drugs where both Indians stayed. Senthilkumar started loudly saying that the victim spies her and complains to her supervisor about her performance.
Debate started
After listening to Senthilkumar, Nesamani went to him and the debate started between the two, both of them started using abusive words for each other and a scuffle started between the two. When other people came for intervening, Senthilkumar cut Nesamani’s left ears, causing its lower part of his ear to completely separate. After this, the victim somehow managed to escape from there.
What did the judge say?
The judge hearing the case considered it a ‘relatively serious injury’ but also ordered that the convict would be considered to be the term of the convict from February when Senthilkumar was taken on remand.
