Varun Aaron raised questions on captaincy strategy

Former Indian fast bowler Varun Aaron said that he lost his length as soon as India got the wicket of Stokes. He said on Jio Hotstar, “The team rained unnecessarily bouncers, while the pitch was slow and we did not have any bowler who could bowl at a speed of 145 km per hour.”

Varun Aaron also said that the Indian bowlers have the art of bowling on the right length and they should have stayed on it. He added, “Wickets get wickets only under constant pressure. You should not expect results all the time in Test cricket.”
