Ceasefire announcement between India and Pakistan
There has been a ceasefire between India and Pakistan. Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said at 6 pm on Saturday, ‘The ceasefire will be applicable from 5 pm. Now both countries will not attack each other in land, sky and sea. DGMO of countries will hold talks on May 12 at 12 noon.
The US mediated for ceasefire. At 5:30 pm on Saturday evening, US President Donald Trump tweeted and informed about it.
He told, ‘After a long conversation in the mediation of the USA night, I am happy to tell that India and Pakistan have agreed to stop immediately and completely. I congratulate the two countries for taking the common manner, intelligent decision. ‘
US Secretary of State and Vice President interacted with Modi
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that Vice President JD Vance and I myself have been talking to PM Narendra Modi, PM Shahbaz Sharif, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, Army Chief Asim Munir and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval for the last 48 hours.
